The garden views from the rooms were truly serene.

We were very disappointed with the lack of soundproofing, as we could hear every conversation from neighboring rooms, making our stay quite uncomfortable. The mattress was so uncomfortable that even after the staff tried to replace it, we still had a poor quality of sleep. the amenities were very basic and did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this rating.

Delightful haven, ideal if you cherish ample garden spaces and clean pools, all set just 50m from the beach.

The pools are clean and inviting. Access to bike rentals was convenient. Unfortunately, there was loud music during the day, making it hard to relax.

i had a great time at sitia beach. the staff were extremely friendly and always went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. the location is perfect, right by the beach, and the nearby gardens are beautiful. i also loved the variety at breakfast. their dedication to using less plastic was impressive, with soap dispensers and recycling bins everywhere. i enjoyed swimming under the cretan sun in their lovely pools.

We had a boss time! The pools were well-maintained and proper inviting for a dip. Breakfast had a wide selection, especially the freshly baked options. But, the beach access was a bit dodgy with all the stones. Altogether, a sound experience!

Lush views over the bay, and the breakfast spread was lekker! Those big pillows by the pool? Heaven! Not to mention the sun-drenched beach area, easy to escape to!

The WiFi was a bit slow at times, and with the noisy guests around, it wasn't always peaceful.
